In this Quality Manager opportunity, you'll help ensure quality standards are met across self-perform, subcontractor, and vendor scopes—driving measurable results from inspection through startup and commissioning. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quailty Manager position include: 5+ years of construction QA/QC inspection experience on mission critical, hyperscale data center, or industrial projects Experience inspecting and testing critical infrastructure systems including power, cooling, and controls Maintain an effective quality control program aligned with the Quality Manual, codes, drawings, specifications, standards, procedures, and contract documents Review and approve subcontractor quality programs, inspection and test procedures, and personnel qualification records Ensure all required testing and inspections are performed, including establishing "Witness" and "Hold" points as appropriate Identify and control disposition of nonconformance items, including stop work orders, corrective action planning, disposition approval, and inspection verification Coordinate qualified testing laboratories and third-party inspection agencies to ensure compliance Manage quality reporting/documentation and support smooth startup and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure systems
