Our client is currently seeking a Quality Manager for a full-time position. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements. This role is seeking a senior Quality Management leader who can own the Quality Management System (QMS), lead Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality functions, and ensure compliance across commercial, defense, and space programs. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of progressive quality experience, including leadership responsibility, within aerospace, defense, space, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or other high-reliability environments. Must-Have Qualifications Leadership experience managing Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and/or Supplier Quality teams Strong expertise with AS9100 and

quality systems Experience supporting Defense, Aerospace, or Space programs Supplier Quality Management, supplier audits, and corrective action programs Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, CAR/PAR, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies Material Review Board (MRB) leadership experience Quality auditing (internal, external, customer, and supplier) Configuration management, document control, and change management Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, SOWs, and quality requirements Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills Preferred Experience Semiconductor processing, hybrid electronics, infrared detector assemblies, or other high-reliability electronics Knowledge of MIL-STD, MIL-PRF, IPC, and J-STD requirements SAP, Deltek Costpoint, ERP/MRP systems, and QMS tools Mission Assurance and Space Quality programs ESD and FOD prevention programs Desired Certifications ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) AS9100 Lead Auditor

Lead Auditor Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt IPC Certification Ideal Candidate Background A Quality Manager from an aerospace, defense, space, semiconductor, or advanced electronics manufacturer with experience leading teams, managing AS9100-compliant quality systems, conducting audits, overseeing supplier quality, leading MRBs and CAPA programs, and interfacing directly with customers and government agencies. This is not an individual contributor quality role; it requires an established quality leader capable of driving compliance, quality culture, and continuous improvement across the organization.
