We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead a team of approximately 38 professionals across Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, Metrology, Validation, and Floor Quality. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional quality team within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Drive improvements in scrap reduction, first-pass yield, defect prevention, and overall product quality performance.

Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FTA, and Pareto Analysis.

Partner closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing processes.

Serve as the primary customer quality representative for audits, complaints, containment activities, and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements, and industry quality standards.

Provide leadership for APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, and new product launches.

Oversee Supplier Quality, Metrology, and Validation functions. Qualifications 7+ years of automotive quality experience.

2+ years of quality management experience.

Background supporting OEM or Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.

Proven success improving quality metrics and reducing defects.

Experience with IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Preferred Experience Quality Director or multi-site quality leadership experience.

Supplier Quality or Customer Quality expertise.

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CQE, or related certifications.

Experience with electrical/electronic products and statistical analysis tools. Compensation & Benefits Direct Hire Opportunity
