This role will address immediate quality concerns while building the systems, culture, and rigor needed for sustained improvement and ISO certification. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can move comfortably between the shop floor, the customer, and the audit accountability - someone who treats quality as a discipline to be built into daily operations. Major Activities Performed Lead the development and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system (QMS)

Establish and reinforce accountability structures and root-cause problem-solving practices across operations

Review government and commercial contracts to ensure quality requirements are correctly identified and flowed down through the organization

Partner with operations leadership to identify and close process gaps, reduce waste, and improve operational performance

Communicate quality performance, risks, and improvement plans clearly to leadership, customers, and government stakeholders

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Proven experience supporting Department of Defense contracts and programs

Strong working knowledge of contract review and requirements flow-down

A successful track record leading ISO audits and certification efforts

Direct experience engaging with customers and government officials, including DCMA

A strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies

Demonstrated experience designing and delivering employee training

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing near-term issue resolution with longer-term system building

Physical Working Conditions

Extensive sitting with intermittent stooping, bending, and pulling as it relates to material movement through the equipment, and the production floor.
