Certified Lead Auditor with demonstrated experience developing, writing, revising, and maintaining quality system documentation. This position works closely with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Management to ensure our quality system remains compliant and audit-ready. Key Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with

requirements. Lead internal audits and coordinate external customer, registrar, and supplier audits. Develop, write, revise, and maintain quality documentation, including: Policies Procedures Work Instructions Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Process Flow Diagrams Forms and Quality Records Ensure all controlled documents are accurate, current, and properly distributed through the document control system. Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions. Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA documentation. Coordinate management review meetings and prepare quality performance reports. Conduct employee training on quality system requirements, procedures, and document updates. Monitor compliance with customer-specific requirements and regulatory standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, 5 Why, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to maintain compliance and improve operational performance.
