QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Sealy, TX | 90k Salary | Full-Time | Weekly Pay
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality and food safety operations within a high-volume frozen food manufacturing facility .
FROZEN FOOD PRODUCTION / MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs . Manage QA personnel and support plant operations. Maintain
SQF, HACCP, USDA/FDA
compliance , and audit programs. Oversee sanitation, traceability, testing, documentation, and customer complaints. Lead process improvement, KPI tracking, and quality initiatives. Provide hands-on support to Production, Warehousing, and Procurement teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 6-8 years of related Quality experience. Experience in frozen food manufacturing

REQUIRED
. Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems. Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D experience preferred. Strong Microsoft Office and problem-solving skills.
