About the Role As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will spearhead our quality control initiatives to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of excellence and safety. Responsibilities Direct daily quality operations and lead a team of technicians to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory guidelines. Conduct thorough root cause analysis and internal investigations to resolve non-conformances and prevent future defects. Manage the development and execution of comprehensive quality training programs to foster a culture of excellence. Monitor and report on key quality performance metrics and retail audit data to inform strategic decision-making. Partner with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and enhance product integrity. Oversee the maintenance of product specifications and ensure all quality documentation is precise and audit-ready. Required Skills Associate's degree or equivalent professional certifications in a relevant field. Proven experience in quality systems management within a manufacturing environment. Strong mathematical aptitude and advanced problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data tracking and reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational change. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline. 3+ years of experience in high-volume filling or packaging manufacturing. Hands-on experience with wet chemistry techniques, including titrations, pH adjustments, and acid/base dilutions. Technical familiarity with laboratory equipment such as refractometers, viscometers, and analytical balances.
