Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FSQA (Food Safety Quality Assurance) Coordinator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of food safety and quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality products to consumers while fostering continuous improvement in quality processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on product safety and quality within a fast-paced production environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive quality audits across production lines to verify adherence to food safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality control protocols Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure products meet established quality standards in production Perform regular quality inspections, analyzing data collected during manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards such as FDA regulations, ASME codes & standards, and other relevant food safety requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and update quality systems and documentation Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data collection, reporting, and analysis of quality metrics Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during inspections and audits to maintain safety standards Requirements Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or food production environment, with a strong understanding of food safety principles Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards including FDA regulations, GMP practices, and food safety management systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues promptly Familiarity with quality inspection methods, audit procedures, and quality management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting purposes Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and regulatory bodies Ability to follow strict safety protocols including PPE use during all inspection activities Join us as our FSQA Coordinator and be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and product quality. Pay:
