Job Description

Responsible for supporting Food Safety and Quality Management System through routine monitoring, inspections, verification activities, documentation review, sampling, testing, and employee support.
Responsibilities:
Perform operational inspections. Verify compliance with GMPs, personnel practices, hygiene requirements, and sanitation procedures . Monitor production processes Verify critical process controls, preventive controls, and quality parameters. Perform routine in-process inspections Verify
FIFO/FEFO
inventory practices. Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging components. Perform trailer inspections prior to loading and unloading. Monitor storage conditions including temperature, humidity, product segregation, and pallet condition.
