Job Description

Volt is immediately hiring Quality Analyst in Pacheco California As a Quality Analyst , you will: Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of Quality Assurance activities supporting manufacturing and production compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements. Conduct and support audits, training programs, data reviews, documentation reviews, analysis, and product disposition activities. Assist with nonconformance and customer complaint handling by managing documentation, facilitating investigations, and coordinating timely resolution with cross-functional teams. Support document control activities and collaborate across departments on IVDR remediation and quality performance initiatives. Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready records for quality events, including: Change Controls CAPAs Deviations Nonconformances Customer Complaints Support document control processes, including document formatting, routing, approval tracking, revision management, and archival. Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Support internal QA ticketing systems by triaging and tracking open action items within the Quality Department. Assist with change control activities, including documentation preparation, risk evaluations, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely completion. Support internal and external audits and assist with efficient closure of audit findings. Prepare and provide training related to Quality processes and QMS requirements as needed. Maintain and track QMS programs, deliverables, and performance metrics. Support KPI reporting and trending analysis to identify quality and compliance issues. Communicate quality trends, compliance concerns, and action items to appropriate stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and quality compliance This is a full-time- contract opportunity.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of experience in Biotechnology Quality Assurance and/or the Medical Device industry is preferred. Intermediate understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies.

Working knowledge of:
ISO 13485 ISO 14971 21 CFR

Part 820 IVDR Quality Management System regulations and requirements Experience working with Quality Management System tools, such as electronic documentation systems. Experience with quality documentation, change controls, CAPAs, deviations, nonconformances, complaints, or audit activities is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range

•: $33 - $37.46 per hour
