Job Description

Performs various administrative functions in office and operates scale.

Performs various accounting functions in Turnkey Software system including, but not limited to, lot close outs and daily system updates for shipping and receiving cattle.
Coordinates brand inspection reports and brand audits.
Operates the scale for incoming commodities. Manages and tracks commodity contracts.
Operates telephone to answer or forward calls, provides information, and takes messages.
Orders office supplies and keeps track of office supply inventory.
Responsible for maintenance program and tracking of equipment.
Various additional duties assigned by the Feed Yard Manager.
