Available:
1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift | Monday-Saturday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Overtime Available Join a high-performance aerospace manufacturing team as a CMM Quality Inspector. In this role, you'll ensure precision-machined components meet strict engineering and customer standards using advanced inspection tools and CMM technology. What You'll Do Perform in-process and final inspections of aerospace machined components Operate and/or program CMM equipment (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar) Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, height stands, etc.) Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Identify non-conformances and support root cause analysis Collaborate with machining and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, customer specs)
What You Bring Required Experience & Skills:
2+ years in quality inspection, CMM operation, or precision machining inspection Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Experience using CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with precision measuring tools High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
Preferred:
