Quality Assurance Specialist NRI, Inc. remote work United States, D.C., Washington 1900 L Street Northwest (Show on map) Oct 03, 2026 We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Quality Assurance Specialist to support a high-volume data processing. Must be a DC resident. Responsibilities Accurately enter information into the designated database/system.

Process a high volume of records while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Review source documents carefully to ensure all required information is entered correctly.

Identify missing, unclear, or inconsistent information and follow established procedures for resolution.

Maintain organized and accurate electronic records.

Complete assigned work within established productivity and turnaround expectations.

Review entered information against the original document to verify accuracy.

Check records for missing, incorrect or inconsistent information before submission.

Confirm that required fields and information have been properly completed.

Identify data entry errors and make corrections as needed.

Perform quality checks before information is published or approved.

Follow established quality control procedures and client requirements.

Maintain consistent accuracy across a high volume of records.

Report recurring data issues, system concerns or process discrepancies to the appropriate team member.

Meet established quality and accuracy benchmarks.

Publish documents within the designated system once data has been reviewed and verified.

Approve completed documentation according to established procedures.

Ensure records meet quality requirements before final submission.

Maintain appropriate documentation and tracking throughout the process.

Handle sensitive and potentially confidential information with discretion.

Follow all applicable privacy, security, confidentiality and organizational policies.

Protect client and organizational information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
