Job Description

Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking Quality Technicians to hire at a manufacturing warehouse located in White! The ideal candidate should be dependable, have reliable transportation, and available to work full time.
Pay Rate :
$23.00-24.00/hour Requirements for
Quality Technicians:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and hazardous materials. Basic computer skills, including data entry in Excel and PowerPoint (SAP experience a plus). Ability to safely handle thin, delicate, and fragile products. Strong attention to detail with the ability to visually inspect and analyze information on a computer monitor for up to 12 hours. Willingness to learn details of solar panel and wafer manufacturing processes. Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with team members. Availability to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as business needs require. Must be able to wear all required PPE for the role (including gloves, safety glasses, and cleanroom-appropriate gear). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand and remain on foot for up to 12 hours. Ability to monitor screens for up to 3 hours at a time, up to 12 total hours in a shift. Ability to produce clear and legible handwritten documentation. Ability to reach inside equipment, stacked materials, or totes as needed. Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities of Quality Technicians:
Inspect samples of incoming materials for accuracy and quality. Draft and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Verify and confirm the accuracy of inspection machines and measurement tools. Record, organize, and maintain inspection and verification results using Excel and SAP. Support fellow technicians during breaks and provide flexibility to cover other work areas as needed. Strictly follow standardized work instructions and documented procedures. Handle thin, fragile wafers and materials with care and attention. Inspect samples of outgoing materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Verify the accuracy and calibration status of inspection machines and measurement tools. Record, organize, and maintain patrol, inspection, and verification results using Excel and MES. Support fellow technicians during breaks and provide flexibility to cover additional work areas as needed. Strictly follow standardized work instructions and documented testing procedures. Handle thin, fragile wafers and materials with care and precision. Inspect samples of outgoing materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Verify the accuracy and calibration status of inspection machines and measurement tools. Record, organize, and maintain patrol, inspection, and verification results using Excel and MES. Shift Details:
2-2-3 schedule from 6:00AM-6:30PM or 6:00PM-6:00AM •Call for more information
