Job Description

Description The Client Services Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for auditing and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of client service logs and data. This role focuses on evaluating documentation, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring that client interactions meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The QA Specialist will collaborate closely with client service teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies. Responsibilities
  • Audit client service logs and data entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, and areas for improvement in documentation and reporting.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to client service teams to enhance documentation practices.
  • Develop and maintain audit checklists, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent quality reviews.
  • Collaborate with management to design and implement corrective actions for identified issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlighting findings, trends, and suggested improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client service quality and documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on proper documentation standards and quality assurance protocols.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and standards affecting client documentation and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of client services.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in developmental disability services, and the accompanying paperwork and record keeping.
  • Strong understanding of auditing principles, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, project management software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Range:
$14-$16/hour
