full-time Quality Inspector 2nd Shift Hours 3:30 pm -

Midnight Duties & Responsibilities:

Inspect first piece of stamped and welded product per customer print and determine acceptance or rejection Provide usable feedback to Production in their terms to communicate the inspection results Inspection of product is expected as necessary with any other measurement tools such as micrometer, caliper, height gage, plug gages, and vision/comparator Work closely with Supervisor/Team Lead to meet Production needs Follow and complete inspection documentation Attention to detail Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager/Engineer Be trained and update Quality documents per Documents Control procedure P7.5 Use only safe work practices, wear all required PPE on the job Report unsafe working conditions to direct supervisor/manager Demonstrate awareness to

ISO 9001/14001, IATF 16949

Observe and obey company policies, including but not limited to: General ODM Rules, Safety Rules, Code of Conduct / Anti-Bribery / Ethics Escalation Observe proprietary rights of ODM and its customer and suppliers at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience within an inspection environment, preferably within automotive industry Experience with standard measurement tools referenced above Minimum High School diploma ASQ, CQT, or CMI a plus Understanding of basic GD&T a plus Ability to work under minimal supervision Strong oral and written communication skills
