In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of inspectors, ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations, and uphold the highest standards of construction quality. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, safeguard project integrity, and ensure that all work meets specified standards and regulatory requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence project success through meticulous oversight and leadership in quality management. Duties Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the quality control team, ensuring thorough inspections and adherence to construction specifications. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures aligned with construction plans, technical drawings, and regulatory standards. Conduct comprehensive construction inspections to verify compliance with structural systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing building codes, and energy efficiency standards. Analyze construction plans and technical drawings to interpret specifications accurately and identify potential quality issues early in the process. Manage data collection related to quality inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions to facilitate transparent reporting and continuous improvement. Ensure construction regulatory compliance by staying current on federal safety regulations, construction regulations, and building code analysis. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues promptly while maintaining a focus on safety and regulatory adherence. Qualifications Proven experience in construction quality assurance or quality control management within large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of construction management software tools for tracking inspections, documentation, and compliance records. Familiarity with building codes including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, structural systems, as well as energy building codes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, data analysis, and communication purposes. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality inspection and safety compliance. Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations and construction regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent analysis skills for interpreting technical documents and identifying potential issues proactively. Pay:
