Shift:

Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Join our team as a Quality Management Clerk and be the backbone of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

Review electronic medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Collect, validate, and analyze clinical and statistical data for reports, graphs, and scorecards. Support process improvements and performance initiatives to enhance patient care and program effectiveness. Ensure compliance with Rule 132, HIPAA, 42 CFR, and other regulatory standards. Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or GED (required) Bachelors' Degree (preferred)

Experience:

Experience in quality management, resource utilization, or research. Behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required, less than 1 year is acceptable. License(s)/Certification(s): None Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
