CAD & Quality Technician Job Description Alubend USA is seeking a detail-oriented CAD & Quality Technician to support our engineering, quality, and manufacturing operations. This position will work primarily in an office environment while providing technical support to the production team through CAD drawings, engineering documentation, quality records, and related projects. This is a hands-on technical support role and does not require a high-level engineering background . Training will be provided on Alubend's products, equipment, processes, and internal procedures. We are looking for someone who already has a foundation in CAD and engineering drawings, understands the importance of accurate documentation and quality control, and is comfortable learning and using new technology. The ideal candidate is organized, technically minded, detail-oriented, and able to work between engineering documentation, quality requirements, and the practical needs of a manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities Create, modify, review, and maintain CAD drawings and engineering documentation Prepare drawing revisions and ensure technical documents remain accurate and current Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and related technical information Support engineering and production teams with drawings, measurements, documentation, and technical information Maintain organized drawing files, revision histories, specifications, and engineering records Assist with quality assurance activities and documentation Support the maintenance of documentation and records associated with

ISO 9001

Help ensure drawings, specifications, and quality documentation accurately reflect manufacturing requirements Coordinate with management and production personnel to resolve drawing or documentation questions Assist with document control and maintaining accurate technical records Utilize AI tools as part of day-to-day technical and office workflows Learn Alubend-specific products, processes, equipment, and standards through provided training Assist with additional engineering, quality, and technical projects as needed Qualifications Previous experience using CAD software Experience working with engineering or manufacturing drawings Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Previous quality assurance or quality-related experience Knowledge of

Knowledge of AI tools is essential Strong computer and technical skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and document-management skills Ability to communicate effectively with office, engineering, management, and production personnel Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technical information Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or industrial environment Experience with engineering document control or drawing revision management Experience supporting quality management systems Experience maintaining technical records, specifications, or quality documentation What We're Looking For We are not necessarily looking for a high-level engineer . The right candidate will receive training to develop their knowledge of our specific products and processes.

Pay:

$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
