Background In partnership with Maryland's Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide quality improvement program which focuses on enhancing person-centered services and supports provided to people who are living with developmental disabilities so they may live their best lives. What you'll do As a Quality Reviewer, you will enjoy an array of responsibilities, including: Driving throughout central, southern, and eastern Maryland Conducting on-site reviews with people who are receiving services Conducting National Core Indicators ® interviews Ensuring supports are aligned with person centered principles Identifying opportunities for quality improvement Providing constructive feedback and technical assistance to provider agencies Using databases Writing corrective action plans and monitoring progress Communicating and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders Work setting This is a field-based position which requires daily travel throughout central, southern and eastern Maryland.
