Manufacturing Respirator Full Job Description Job Duties:

Our Quality team ensures our customers receive the high-quality parts they can expect when working with our company. This important role inspects parts through different stages of production and confirms conformance to specifications. Our Quality team works with engineers, techs, leads and floor personnel to resolve issues and promote quality principles. Great communication, attention to detail and ability to work well with multiple people and styles are critical components in this position. Willing to train the right candidate.

Required Skills:

Attention to detail is a must in this position. Previous experience with calipers, micrometers and gauges is essential. Candidate needs an understanding of Quality Inspection documentation processes. Ideal candidate would have a minimum of one (1) year of Quality experience in a manufacturing/production environment. Experience working in an ISO certified facility a plus.

General Responsibility:

• To implement and adhere to all written policies
• Must be able to repetitively push, pull and/or lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day as needed to maintain assembly operations
• Must be able to repetitively walk, stand, bend, kneel, and balance as necessary to maintain operations for an extended period of time of up to or exceeding 10 hours
• Ability to pass medical/respiratory evaluation in order to obtain and maintain necessary respirator clearance and compliance with all respirator fitting requirements, including remaining clean shaven daily.
