Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Technician/Supervisor to lead our quality assurance efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is vital in ensuring that products meet rigorous quality standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and uphold the company's commitment to excellence. As a key member of our team, you will oversee quality control processes, coordinate measurement activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence quality systems and work with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality inspections using trained methods. Interpret production documents, mechanical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to validate manufacturing processes and finished products. Supervise a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance on quality control procedures, data collection techniques, and analysis skills to maintain high-quality output. Analyze inspection data to identify trends or deviations from quality standards in production, implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with customers to assist with problem resolution and containment. Experience Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing setting, preferably in automotive/industrial settings Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001) and industry-specific quality management systems. Hands-on experience performing detailed inspections and the ability to effectively train personnel. Familiarity with mechanical blueprint interpretation, GD&T principles, and manufacturing documentation analysis. Demonstrated ability to perform quality audits and analyze data effectively for process improvement initiatives. Mechanical knowledge combined with analysis skills to troubleshoot issues related to product quality or measurement discrepancies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to interpret complex production documents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
