Job Description
Meet all requirements of Sintel's Quality Policy, Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for this job. Perform production part inspection for first piece, in-process and final inspection using Prints, ISIR's, Control Plans and various measurement gages. Set-up gaging for operators as requested. Assist customers and vendors with quality related issues. Assist operators and supervisors with inspection and quality issues/ problems. Ability to interpret customer quality requirements. Ability to perform ISIR's and create and submit PPAP documents per customer requirements Ability to fill out and follow-up to resolution non-conforming material using the 8D process.. Perform and record gage calibration Perform inspection on outside special processes, i.e. E-coat, plating, etc… You should be proficient in: Quality Inspection Experience Quality Control Experience Blueprint Reading
