Job Description

Summary/Objective The Quality Administrator plays a key role in supporting and maintaining the organization's
ISO-9001
certified Quality Management System (QMS). This position ensures that quality standards are effectively communicated, documented, and upheld across all departments. The Quality Administrator collaborates with management to develop and implement quality procedures, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. ISO-9001
requirements and their relationship to the documented quality system to all employees. Serve as a resource for ISO-related questions and guidance. Responsible for the creation, revision, and maintenance of Level 1 (Quality Manual) and Level 2 (Procedures) documentation. Ensure documentation is current, controlled, and accessible. Assist management in developing work instructions, process forms, flow charts, control charts, and other quality-related tools. Ensure alignment with
ISO-9001
standards and operational needs. Support the effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of the QMS. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in internal CAPA activities including investigation, documentation, and follow-up. Track and report on CAPA effectiveness. Actively participate in Management Review meetings and cross-functional team discussions. Provide input on quality performance and improvement initiatives. Establish and maintain a training system focused on quality system awareness and department specific functions. Track training completion and effectiveness. Act as a management representative for state funding agencies regarding training programs and compliance. Coordinate documentation and reporting required for funding initiatives. Competencies Process Management Written Communication Problem Solving Interpersonal Savvy Functional & Technical Skills Results Driven Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional hours over 40 hours per week are expected as needed. Supervisory Responsibility This position is responsible for supervising the quality administration employees. Required Education and Experience Associate s degree in quality management, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years in a quality assurance or administrative role, preferably in an ISO-certified environment. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor s degree in quality management, business administration, or a related field. Five years in a quality assurance or administrative role, preferably in an ISO-certified environment.
