Pay :
$16-$19 DOE Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor finishing equipment to process textile materials according to production specifications. Set up machines, adjust settings, and monitor equipment performance throughout production. Utilize strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and process issues. Inspect finished materials for quality, color, defects, dimensions, and overall compliance with specifications. Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain consistent product quality. Monitor production rates and minimize equipment downtime. Perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and equipment inspections. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area while meeting production goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience operating industrial machinery; textile manufacturing experience preferred. Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Good mechanical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Ability to make adjustments to equipment based on product quality and process requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. #LIND26
