Assist with administrative activities including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage/track documents checked out/checked in of Archive Room Print, issue, and reconcile Test Records, Protocols, Logbooks and Master Batch Records Document scanning Verify/approve scanned documents Support shipping of documents offsite to Iron Mountain (secure GMP facility for documents) and ensure all documents are scanned prior to shipment Other administrative duties as needed

Qualification & Experience:

Exceptional organization and time management skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment Ability to successfully work within strict timelines Excellent work ethic Minimum Associates Degree
