2967899292-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Addus Family Company is seeking a QA Specialist to oversee quality and compliance for home care supervisory visits. In this role, you will review clinical and visit documentation, audit charts, and monitor adherence to state, federal, and payer regulations. You will support field staff with coaching and feedback, identify trends and gaps in care, and partner with leadership to implement corrective actions. This position helps ensure safe, high-quality in-home services that keep elderly and disabled clients independent while reinforcing our mission of compassionate, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Audit home care supervisory visit and clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness. Monitor compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations and Addus policies. Identify trends, risks, and gaps in care quality using data and chart reviews. Provide coaching and feedback to field and supervisory staff to improve documentation and care standards. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement corrective action and quality improvement plans. Support training on documentation standards, regulatory updates, and best practices. Prepare QA reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management. Partner with care teams to ensure clients receive safe, person-centered services that support independence.
