Quality Technician /
Quality Inspector Pay:
$18.00/hour
Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 PM-6:00

Overnight We are seeking a Quality Technician / Quality Inspector with 1-3 years of quality inspection, quality assurance, or manufacturing experience to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting and testing products, monitoring production processes, documenting quality results, and ensuring products meet customer and company specifications. Responsibilities Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained. Identify defects, quality issues, and nonconforming products and notify production. Place questionable product on hold and assist with rework when necessary. Perform inspections using established procedures, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor product identification, labels, UPCs, date stamps, and packaging requirements. Complete quality documentation, reports, and data entry. Maintain customer samples and quality records. Assist with SPC and other quality data as required. Participate in GMP, HACCP, safety, and continuous improvement programs. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Communicate effectively with production and quality personnel. Requirements 1-3 years of previous Quality Inspector, Quality Technician, Quality Assurance, or related manufacturing experience required. High school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail. Will be standing and walking up to 12 hours Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel experience preferred. Ability to read and understand work instructions, procedures, and specifications. Basic math skills , including fractions, decimals, percentages, and measurements. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a manufacturing/production environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Eye protection required; hearing protection may be required. Additional Requirements Background check required Clean drug screen required Must be available to work Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 PM-6:00 AM #Tol1
Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
