Description:

Quality Technician 2nd shift M-F 2pm-10pm Starting pay: $18-22/hour (+0.75 shift differential) Job Description The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring quality product is received and/or produced on the production floor. The company is committed to the training and development of its staff. Responsibilities Inspect for defects; gauges for necessary dimensions and records as required. Process test parts through anodizing, assembly, deco, or metallizing and inspect for defects. Report any defects as appropriate (visual, functional and dimensional) and fills out final inspection report. Enter data into SyteLine ERP system. Perform quality control tests as required. Provide timely and complete communication with all appropriate departments and functions concerning the acceptability of raw products and components. Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of quality control concepts and processes within a manufacturing environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction. Previous experience using measurement tools. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Johnstown, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $48880.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
