This is detailed, hands-on manufacturing work involving small electrical components, product testing, inspection, and quality verification. You'll work from blueprints and specifications, use precision measuring instruments, identify potential problems, and help ensure completed work meets established quality standards. If you're mechanically inclined, good with your hands, and comfortable working with blueprints and measurements, this could be a strong opportunity to put those skills to work in a clean, climate-controlled environment. •$20.90 /hour based on shift and experience What You'll Do Work with small electrical components and assemblies Perform detailed hands-on assembly and inspection work Test completed components for proper performance and quality Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Use precision measuring instruments to verify product requirements Inspect completed work for defects, discrepancies, and quality concerns Perform product and process quality checks Record inspection and testing information accurately Identify and help analyze assembly or quality problems Communicate product or process concerns to appropriate team members Follow detailed manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures Maintain an organized workstation and consistent product quality What We're Looking For Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Excellent attention to detail Comfortable working with small components and detailed specifications Ability to accurately follow written work instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Dependable attendance and consistent work habits Ability to maintain quality while performing detailed, repetitive work Comfortable working independently and as part of a manufacturing team Previous experience in electrical/electronic assembly, quality inspection, precision manufacturing, machine operation, machining, Tool & Die, or another detail-oriented manufacturing role may translate well.
