In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through rigorous inspection, measurement, and analysis. Your expertise will support the continuous improvement of quality systems, compliance with regulatory standards, and the maintenance of high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with precision measurement instruments, and experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Duties Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify product conformity. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to ensure accurate quality assessments. Perform quality audits in accordance with

ISO 9001, ISO

13485, GMP, and other relevant standards to identify areas for process improvement. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, dimensional measurements, and process performance to support root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards such as FDA regulations and HACCP protocols during production inspections. Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments and coordinate calibration schedules to uphold measurement accuracy. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating production processes against quality management systems (QMS) and recommending corrective actions. Support manufacturing teams by providing guidance on quality standards in production and interpreting production documents. Assist in training personnel on quality inspection procedures, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and proper use of measurement tools. Document non-conformances accurately, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures. Experience Proven experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality systems such as

ISO 9001, ISO

13485, GMP, and FDA regulations. Proficiency with measurement instruments including height gauges, dial indicators, calipers, GMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and vision inspection systems. Familiarity with calibration procedures, data collection methods, and statistical analysis techniques. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing process improvements aligned with regulatory standards. Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and data analysis. Knowledge of GD&T principles for dimensional inspection accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards across all production stages.
