Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Quality Inspector, where your keen eye and meticulous attention to detail will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. In this vital role, you will be responsible for inspecting, measuring, and verifying components and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry regulations, and internal quality systems. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company dedicated to precision, innovation, and quality assurance. Responsibilities Receive, review, and interpret instructions, prints, and work orders for each unit Complete the appropriate production, quality and road inspections, testing, and record results Inspect each finished vehicle in-process and prior to customer inspection Inspect manufactured and purchased parts for quality level Perform general cleaning and detailing of the interior and exterior of the vehicle Coordinate resolution of defects and non-conformities Complete finished vehicle documentation including: Inspect for and complete all minor paint and compartment lining touch-up needed for quality acceptance of the vehicle Qualifications Familiarity with quality systems including QA/QC processes, data collection methods, and conducting quality audits. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail; ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and apply GD&T principles effectively. Basic math skills for measurement calculations; ability to interpret manufacturing data confidently. Pay:
$24.54 - $35.69 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
