Role Overview:

As a Cross-Functional Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our laboratory, supporting works with our customers, internal engineering projects, and research applications. This position requires a versatile individual with a strong technical background and an ability to work collaboratively across various departments within our organization. You will be responsible for assisting our engineers and researchers in conducting experiments, performing tests, and analyzing data to ensure the continued development and improvement of our machinery products.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Handling:

Assemble, operate, and clean laboratory equipment, ensuring that all machines, instruments, and tools are in proper working condition. 2.

Laboratory Support:

Work closely with customers and internal technical teams to carry out research, laboratory experiments, tests, and trials with various materials. 3.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Record and organize experimental data and results accurately. Assist in data analysis using relevant software and tools. 4.

Material Preparation:

Prepare materials and samples for testing and evaluation, following standard procedures and safety guidelines. 5.

Collaborative Projects:

Collaborate with engineers and researchers from various departments to support ongoing projects and product development initiatives. 6.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines within the laboratory environment. Proactively identify potential hazards and report appropriately. 7.

Documentation:

Assist in maintaining detailed and organized records of laboratory activities and experiments for future reference. 8.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to process improvement efforts within the laboratory, identifying areas for optimization and suggesting innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training in relevant fields is a plus.

Administrative Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote Technical Skills:

Strong background working with machinery in a materials processing environment such as the Pharma or Chemical Industries. Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment is advantageous.

Physical Ability:

Capable of handling and lifting equipment and materials in a laboratory setting.

Team Player:

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Communication Skills:

Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English. Spanish or German would be a plus. Attention to

Meticulous and accurate in recording data and conducting experiments.

Safety Conscious:

Prior experience with laboratory safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
