Finished Product Inspector Marathon Staffing is seeking a Finished Product Inspector to support quality control in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will examine finished goods for visual and dimensional defects, verify they meet customer and company specifications, and accurately document findings. You will use basic measuring tools, follow established quality and safety procedures, and communicate issues to supervisors and production staff. Inspect finished products for visual and dimensional defects Verify products meet quality and customer specifications Use gauges, scales, and basic measuring tools to check tolerances Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Tag, segregate, and report nonconforming product Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production staff Follow established quality procedures and safety guidelines Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts Visual inspection Quality control procedures Use of measuring tools (calipers, gauges, scales) Reading basic drawings/specifications Defect identification and classification Documentation and recordkeeping Basic data entry Following safety and GMP guidelines Communication with production teams Time management in fast-paced environments Quality or inspection training/certification preferred (e.g., basic QC/QA courses) Familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards a plus OSHA or general safety training beneficial
