Supplement Manufacturing | Quality Control | Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our Quality Control team. The QC Technician is responsible for supporting the quality and consistency of products throughout the manufacturing process. This position performs routine quality checks, inspections, testing, documentation, and monitoring to ensure products and processes meet established specifications and company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable following detailed procedures, and committed to maintaining a strong culture of quality and safety. Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control & Inspection

• Perform routine quality inspections and checks throughout the manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, packaging components, and labels as required.
• Verify products meet established specifications and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality issues, deviations, or abnormalities.
• Assist with investigations of quality concerns and product discrepancies.
• Place materials or products on hold when required and communicate concerns to the appropriate supervisor or Quality team member. Testing & Sampling
• Collect samples from raw materials, production batches, and finished products according to established procedures.
• Perform routine quality tests and measurements as trained.
• Accurately record and document test results.
• Maintain proper identification and traceability of samples throughout the testing process.
• Ensure testing equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean and organized condition. Documentation & Records
• Complete QC documentation, inspection records, batch records, testing forms, and other required quality records accurately and on time.
• Review production and quality documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, sampling, testing, and quality-related activities.
• Follow established procedures for handling documentation, corrections, and record retention. GMP, Food Safety & Compliance
• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), company procedures, food safety requirements, and quality policies.
• Monitor production areas for potential quality, sanitation, or food safety concerns.
• Report any contamination, adulteration, product mix-up, or other potential quality or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready QC work area.
• Participate in quality, safety, and GMP training as required. Teamwork & Communication
• Work closely with Production, Packaging, Warehouse, and Quality team members.
• Communicate quality concerns clearly and promptly.
• Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
• Support a positive culture of quality, accountability, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in science, manufacturing, quality, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, laboratory, food production, or a similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions consistently.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and report problems or discrepancies.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience with cGMPs, HACCP, quality systems, or manufacturing is a plus. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection, sampling, and testing activities.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required for the position.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures are essential.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work in areas where temperature, noise, or other manufacturing conditions may vary. What We Offer
