Job Description At United Airlines, we are looking for a Representative - Quality and Process Auditor to join our team in Dulles, Virginia. This role is essential in ensuring that our processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, analyzing processes, and providing recommendations for improvements. You will work closely with various departments to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports. Collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions. Provide training and support to staff on quality standards. Monitor the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives. Assist in the development of quality management systems. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
