$19.00/hour Join Our Team as a Quality Control Technician! We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with quality, manufacturing, food production, GMP, or ISO compliance experience who are looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Perform quality inspections and testing on products and materials. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and company procedures. Assist with identifying quality concerns and implementing corrective actions. Communicate findings effectively with production and management teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of quality control experience preferred. Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with GMP environments and/or ISO compliance is highly desired. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
