This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials, mastering techniques like embroidery and heat pressing to produce eye-catching apparel that meets our rigorous quality standards. Duties Operate embroidery machines and heat press equipment efficiently to apply designs onto garments with precision. Measure fabric and finished garments using measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions and adherence to specifications. Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process, ensuring embroidery and heat press work meet established quality standards. Handle materials carefully, including fabric, thread, and heat transfer materials, maintaining proper storage and handling procedures. Perform garment sewing, manual fabric cutting, and seam construction to prepare items for embroidery or heat pressing. Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures when operating machinery and handling materials in the production area. Conduct dimensional measurements and fabric assessments to verify consistency and quality of finished products. Requirements Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines, embroidery machines, or heat press equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, seam construction, serging, and garment construction processes. Familiarity with measuring instruments and fabric materials used in apparel production. Ability to interpret technical specifications and adhere strictly to quality standards in production. Experience with materials handling, manual cutting (fabric cutting), and upholstery is a plus. Understanding of safety standards in production environments to ensure a secure workspace. Good organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate dimensional measurements and product consistency. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a proactive attitude towards learning is essential.
