This role is ideal for someone with sewing experience who can work efficiently, follow instructions, and maintain quality standards in a production environment. Schedule 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble garments according to detailed specifications and quality standards Follow sewing instructions and patterns to ensure consistent product quality Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring all garments meet quality benchmarks before packaging Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity on the manufacturing floor Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages or issues Requirements Proven experience in garment construction or sewing, with knowledge of sewing machine operation and maintenance Strong understanding of sewing techniques, patterns, and fabric handling Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly desirable Ability to read and interpret technical sewing instructions and diagrams accurately Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control Physical stamina to stand/sit for extended periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks effectively

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
