- Operate and monitor sewing machines to perform fabricating and garment construction tasks
- Set up machines by selecting appropriate needles, threads, and other materials
- Feed fabric through the machine, ensuring proper alignment and tension
- Sew fabric pieces together according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning ```Skills```
- Proficient in fabricating and garment construction techniques
- Strong sewing skills with the ability to operate various types of sewing machines
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their properties
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
