NC Custom Leather Inc. is seeking an experienced Leather Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality custom leather furniture and are looking for a dependable individual who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities Sew leather and upholstery fabrics for custom furniture using industrial sewing machines. Assemble furniture components according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect materials and completed work to ensure exceptional craftsmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with the production team to meet quality and production goals. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Qualifications Previous experience sewing leather is required. Experience sewing upholstery fabric is required. Experience operating industrial sewing machines. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to read and follow production instructions. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Furniture or upholstery manufacturing experience is a plus.
