Location:

Cincinnati, OH Casco Manufacturing Solutions is looking for an experienced Sewing Machine Operator II to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with strong industrial sewing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support advanced sewing assignments and special projects. What You'll Do

• Set up, adjust, and operate industrial sewing machines.
• Sew fabric components using patterns, drawings, and production specifications.
• Inspect finished work for quality and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Support special projects, workflow needs, and consistent production standards. What We're Looking For
• Industrial sewing experience required.
• Ability to read and follow patterns, blueprints, and process sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and basic machine maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team.
