! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction and sewing, with a strong understanding of sewing machines and manufacturing processes. This role is essential to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line.
Sewing Machine Operator Pay:
2nd•$16.45/hr
Sewing Machine Operator Hours:
2nd•3:00pm-12:00am Monday through Thursday and Friday 3:00pm•1:00am ( some 1st shift positions may be available ) Duties Operate and maintain various types of sewing machines to produce high-quality garments. Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any production challenges. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and performing minor repairs as needed. Experience Proven experience in garment construction, sewing, or related manufacturing environments is preferred. Familiarity with different types of sewing machines and their operation. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, contributing to a well-rounded understanding of the production process. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
