We are seeking an experienced Punch Press Die Setter/Operator to join our established team at a reputable

2015 certified supplier of washers and stampings. This is a key role responsible for setting up and operating punch presses to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate progressive and compound stamping dies on coil-fed punch presses with precision. Adjust and troubleshoot punch presses and related feed equipment to optimize output. Use lift trucks, overhead cranes, and other material handling tools safely and effectively. Measure and inspect stamped parts using precision measuring equipment to maintain quality standards. Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to support a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a punch press die setter and operator. Sound knowledge of punch presses, die setup, and feed systems. Ability to operate lifting equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes. Proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions and technical diagrams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must pass physical and background screening.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

Regular hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime as needed to meet production demands. Competitive pay rate of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Candidates with over 5 years of experience may earn above $23 per hour. Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, and paid vacation.
