What You'll Do:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to create premium outdoor gear
• Work in a dynamic, hands-on environment-every day is different and exciting
• Be part of a passionate, close-knit team dedicated to American craftsmanship
• Grow with us-this is a long-term position with room for advancement

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys working with their hands and has great attention to detail
• A team player who takes pride in making high-quality products
• Experience with sewing (industrial or home sewing a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!)
