Location Easley, SC You Will Operate roll‑forming machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals Set up tooling, adjust parameters, and validate first‑piece quality Read and interpret blueprints, production orders, drawings, and work instructions Perform in‑process checks with calipers, gauges, and tape measures Monitor dimensional accuracy and overall product quality throughout runs Troubleshoot minor equipment, tooling, and feed issues Assist with coil loading and material handling using forklifts or overhead cranes (as authorized) Document production, quality results, scrap, and downtime Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance Keep work areas organized to 5S standards Follow OSHA, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures Partner with production, quality, and leadership to boost efficiency and reduce waste You Have Manufacturing or industrial machine operation experience Preference for roll forming or metal fabrication equipment experience Blueprint and technical drawing literacy Proficiency with measuring tools; accurate to 1/32" or better Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic math and computer skills Forklift/overhead crane experience is a plus Strong safety, quality, and teamwork mindset Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach through the shift Lift up to 50 lbs Comfort in an industrial setting with noise, moving equipment, and temperature changes PPE worn for the full workday Why Work with HTI Since 1999, we've connected skilled professionals with top manufacturers across the Southeast Career growth opportunities with competitive pay potential Responsive support from application through placement Interested? to learn more about this role in Easley, SC. #INDPRO
