Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain sewing machines and other equipment used in garment construction
• Fabricate garments according to specifications and quality standards
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Inspect finished garments for quality assurance

Skills:

• Proficient in fabricating garments and garment construction techniques
• Experience operating sewing machines and other related equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of different types of fabrics, threads, and sewing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
