PTAs and COTAs will provide home based services and treatment.
Requirements:
Florida State
PTA/COTA
License CPR Certification Malpractice Insurance Recent Physical Exam 3 Years
PTA/COTA

Qualifications:
Must be patient oriented Have excellent communication and written skills Strong attention to detail Highly organized
