You will leverage your technical expertise to program, operate, and maintain advanced routing equipment, ensuring that every project meets our rigorous standards for precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Execute precise cuts on diverse substrates including aluminum, acrylic, and composites to support high-volume production. Translate complex shop drawings and digital design files into optimized machine tool paths. Maximize material yield through strategic nesting and efficient programming techniques. Ensure the integrity of finished parts by conducting thorough dimensional inspections and surface quality checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflow transitions between fabrication and assembly. Perform proactive equipment maintenance, including tooling adjustments and system lubrication, to minimize downtime. Uphold a safe and orderly shop environment by strictly adhering to industrial safety protocols and waste management standards. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience operating industrial CNC routing systems. Strong ability to interpret technical blueprints and production layouts. Proficiency in file management and basic computer-aided manufacturing software. Physical capability to handle heavy materials and stand for extended shifts. Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and high-quality output. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with major CNC platforms such as MultiCam, AXYZ, or ShopSabre. Background in specialized fabrication, such as channel letters or dimensional signage. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to drive process improvements. Valid forklift certification and experience in material handling. Advanced understanding of cutting strategies and optimal tool selection.
