Tool Administrator Job Summary Administer all tool tracking procedures in a timely and accurate manner and assist with various duties for the warehouse. Requirements Experience with a variety of plumbing/mechanical tools. Basic computer skills. (Email, Microsoft applications) Job Duties and Responsibilities Administer tool tracking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of stock. Verify and check tools are returned to stock in a timely manner-generally 2 working days-and make sure all tools returned are in good working condition before returning to stock. Make sure necessary repairs and services are done on all tools. Check quality of tools both leaving and returning to the warehouse. Assist in maintaining Fab Shop equipment. Work with shipping to schedule equipment/tools pickup and delivery to job sites. Maintain and pull safety supplies. Assist warehouse/Fabrication Department as needed. Maintain a positive attitude and increase morale. Communication with the job sites through email/phone for tool requests.
